Client immersion, contextual stakeholder interviews, focus groups, brand development, information architecture, wireframes, visual design, prototyping
Auburn’s Harbert College of Business is a Tier-1 business school touting a 97% job placement rate. (That’s phenomenally good.) But Harbert’s existing site failed to convey the on-campus experience. Consequently, the school struggled to attract students outside the southeast.
After conducting interviews, focus groups, content audits and brand immersion, my team crafted a simplified, user-first site architecture, rich in academic programming and campus life content. The results was a fully accessible (WCAG 2.1), on-brand design system.
